Daily housekeeping is provided. In our effort to conserve precious resources, linens will be washed every other day, absent special requests. We recycle, low flow commodes have been installed, and biodegradable cleaning supplies are used. We ask that you help us minimize our environmental impact by turning off air conditioners and lights when not in use.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to guarantee the room rate for the duration of your stay.
Costa Rica’s 13% Room Tax will be added to room rates.
No Smoking Policy & Fees
We are a non-smoking facility.
Costa Rica law prohibits smoking on the hotel premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in rooms or on site.
Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk at no charge.
Additional Person Fee
$35.00 per person over stated occupancy, and $15 per child under 5 years of age in room types with availability for additional persons.
- Unless otherwise stated as a triple, quadruple or apartment, the rates apply per room, per night, based upon double occupancy
- For one bedroom apartments, the rates apply per apartment, per night, based upon occupancy up to two persons
- For two bedroom apartments, the rates apply per apartment, per night, based upon occupancy up to four persons
- Each additional guest up to 2 as specific room allows, is charged $35
A credit card or deposit is necessary to confirm room and rate.

- All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and/or surcharges.
- Our rates are stated in US dollars, but payment is accepted is also accepted in Costa Rica colones.
- Modifications to your reservation may result in the entire stay being subject to any new applicable rates.
- The full amount of your stay will be charged once the time for cancellation without charge has passed.
For Peak Season reservations, December 15 to January 8, and March 16 to April 16, payment is required for the entire length of stay when reservation is made.
All payments for Peak Season are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made by email only. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date, no charge will be made. For cancellations later than 30 days prior to arrival date, No Shows, or for a Peak Season Reservation, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
